At Brixalonozoz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for Phytorion products.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and provides you with rights in addition to any statutory rights you may have.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at helpdesk@brixalonozoz.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Wait for approval and return instructions from our team
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided by our team
  • Step 5: Provide tracking information for your return shipment

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, damaged in transit, or defective product), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item
  • We will inspect the product within 5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

7. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Full product purchase price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not included in the refund unless we provided a prepaid label

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with your order details
  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return
  • The correct item will be shipped at no additional cost

10. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
  • Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

12. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

13. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Australia:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
  • Returns must comply with both Australian and local regulations

14. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
